ANDOVER — At 78-many years-old, Andover resident Jack Holmes, has seen significantly of the world. He’s been to all 7 continents — viewing all the things from bullfighting in Mexico to orcas hunting penguins in Antarctica — and with every journey he usually takes along a journal and digicam. Holmes taught high school science in Lynn until eventually he retired in 2006. During that time he invested his summers touring with his wife — also a trainer. “When you are a trainer you are unemployed in the summer time,” Holmes reported.
