BEIJING — Iran’s international minister stated Thursday that he and his Saudi counterpart have agreed to a joint agenda that includes financial cooperation and pursuing balance and progress in the Middle East. The minister built the assertion in a tweet immediately after keeping talks with the Saudi overseas minister in Beijing.
