Black Mountain’s Recreation & Parks division is placing on its yearly Cabin Fever Defeater series after again in 2023. Recreation coordinator Clint Bowman said the series commenced in 2021 when the department commenced giving outside programming. “Kind of proper in the center of COVID we started out out of doors programming, and we just desired to hold it going because it was a way to get exterior and socially length ourselves,” Bowman reported. “We still hold teams rather smaller, and so it definitely sort of came about each time our out of doors programming got started out as a way to just get people outside.” Bowman mentioned wintertime is a…
