How to handle unruly passengers during a flight
It occurred to Jason Loomis on a flight from Los Angeles to Boston. A passenger sitting down in the row forward of him grew to become visibly upset and started off shouting. Loomis, an information safety officer from El Segundo, California, tried to tranquil him by putting up a dialogue. It failed to perform. “He bolted out of his seat and said, ‘I’m likely to get down the airplane,'” he stated.
